Guests Dr. Mitch Tepper, Ph.D and Dr. Danielle Sheypuk, Ph.D, are both wheelchair users and professional experts in the field of sexuality for people with physical disabilities.

Dr. Tepper’s disability arose from a diving accident. He has a Ph.D in Human Sexuality Education from the University of Pennsylvania and is a sexuality educator and counselor who helps people with disabilities and health professionals grasp the full potential of sexual response and expression post-injury or during illness.

Dr. Sheypuk, who was born with spinal muscular atrophy. She is a licensed psychologist who earned her Ph.D in clinical psychology at the New School. Through her private practice, she treats patients who suffer from mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, while specializing in dating, sexuality, and relationship issues particularly among people with physical disabilities.
