If you have a problem with your ICS health home program services, we want to hear from you. We have always believed that listening to our members helps to improve the care we offer and do the very best job possible for you.
If you are dissatisfied with the care coordination you receive as an ICS member, please call us at 1.877.ICS.2525 and say that you wish to file a complaint. We will investigate and get back to you with our findings.
