Rachael Stacom is a Nurse Practitioner and is the Senior Vice President of Population Health at ICS.
Over her two decades at ICS, Rachael has established expert specialized programs to meet the needs of members with neuromuscular conditions such as multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury. Rachael’s work led to ICS being recognized by the National MS Society as a Center of Excellence in long-term care for people with Multiple Sclerosis. In 2018, the Society recognized ICS as a Partner in Care.
Rachael has been awarded the John Dystel Nursing Fellowship. She is an MS Certified Nurse (MSCN) and the Communications Committee Chair for the International Organization for MS Nurses. She also serves on the National MS Society Health Advisory and Government Relations Committee for the NYC Southern NY Chapter.
In 2011, Rachael was inducted in to the National MS Society Volunteer Hall of Fame for Advocacy. In addition to her leadership role at ICS, she continues to practice part time at Bronxcare’s Multiple Sclerosis Center.
