Kerri O’Neill

Kerri is an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration in a full range of operations, information technology and finance roles.

Before joining ICS in 2006, she worked at VNS Health for over ten years, managing business operations for the Long Term Home Health Care Program, several Ryan White grants for individuals with HIV/AIDS, and the Rehabilitation department.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Kerri collaborates with the executive team to develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy and works hand in hand with the CEO on developing and implementing strategic initiatives. She oversees budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting for all existing and proposed programs, as well as Information Systems and Compliance. Kerri also serves as the staff liaison to the Board of Director’s Finance Committee and works with the Board on strategic initiatives to improve financial performance. Prior to becoming CFO, Kerri held various leadership roles in the organization. She was a key member of the team that facilitated the transition of ICS from a managed long term care plan (MLTC) to a care management organization supporting the health, mobility and independence of ICS’s more than 2,000 members with physical disabilities.
