Catherine has fifteen years of senior leadership experience in organizations ranging in size from 50 to over 1,000 employees, in both entrepreneurial and well-established settings. She has held executive roles in operations, finance, human resources, and program management. Catherine has extensive experience providing direct services to erase the opportunity gap for children in underserved communities, including public charter schools, afterschool programs, summer camps, and community centers.
She has managed large teams of staff, helping them to develop professionally. She has expertise in all aspects of talent development, from recruitment and selection plans to pipeline development, retention strategies, and succession planning. She is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
