BronxNet Community Television — On the 33rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Independence Care System (ICS) Senior Vice President of Rehab and Mobility Services Jean Minkel and ICS Manager, Advocacy Programs and Initiatives Marcus Johnson appeared on TV and discussed ICS’ mission, the significance of advocacy and how ICS ensures members receive critical services and equipment to enhance their health, mobility and independence.

Jean and Marcus also discussed the significance of the ADA, the landmark civil rights law that changed the lives of people with disabilities across the country.
