Anna Flattau, MD

Anna is a family physician focused on the strategic design and implementation of high-quality health service delivery systems. She is Vice Chair for Clinical Services and Director of Strategic Development in the Department of Family & Social Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. She is a graduate of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Harvard Medical School.

Anna founded and directed the Wound Healing Program at Montefiore Medical Center, designing services to meet the needs of complex patients across disciplines and settings. In recognition of this work, she was appointed a CMMI Innovation Advisor. She subsequently served as Senior Assistant Vice President at NYC Health + Hospitals, where she acted as Chief Clinical Officer for DSRIP programming across a network of over 200 partner organizations.

Anna has received numerous honors including a Pisacano Scholarship from the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fulbright Fellowship.
